"Low Virtual Memory" message in Windows

How can fix low virtual memory message?

There is many program run in your computer using virtual memory (RAM) 

You need to find which process is using more memory of your computer.

Right click on taskbar and select task manager (hit Alt+Ctrl+Del) to launch Task manager.

Go to Process tab, If you cant see VM size column on this tab click on view then click on select columns.

Check mark Virtual Memory size option from list and click OK.

Now you can see VM size column on task manager.

Then sort list of process and find more memory uses process.

Right click on process which is use more virtual memory and Click on end process to solve this issue.
