Aero effects is not working in Windows7

Go to Start and type regedit in search text box now select registry editor from result or press Enter to Launch Registry editor wizard.
Now brows to >HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\DWM


Then Value of the entry EnableAeroPeek should be 1 ether than 0
