How to Fix slow speed in Microsoft Windows7

Windows 7 features many visual effects that draw heavy on your graphics card and system memory.When your system running slow you can fix it easily with turn off superfluous effects.

Go to Start and type "performance" in search box now select "Adjust the appearance and performance of windows" From result.

The performance window will appear.

Now select "Adjust for best performance" and click on OK 

if you want to use custom setting select custom option and mark your effects and click OK.
