How to Fix "Task Manager has been disabled bu your Administrator" Error message.
Go to Start and click on Run.
Type gpedit.msc in Run dialog box and press Enter.
Group Policy wizard is appear.now Go to " user configuration-Administrative Templates-System-ctrl+alt+del option.
Open remove task manager policy and choose disable option and then click OK.
your Task manger is enable.
